Orders are processed and shipped within 7–14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled. Please note, shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays and destination.

Custom Artwork & Original Pieces
We offer delivery through a third-party art shipping service to ensure the safety and care of original artwork.

• A $50 delivery consultation fee is required upfront. This fee covers the time and effort to obtain a shipping quote, including collecting dimensions, photos, and delivery requirements.

• Delivery time varies by buyer location and the nature of the artwork.

• The final delivery quote and cost depend on:

  • Fragility of the artwork

  • Size and weight

  • Whether a custom crate is needed

  • Whether the artist will pre-package the piece

• The third-party art handler typically provides a quote within 2–5 business days, and may invoice the customer directly for delivery and tracking.
