REFUND POLICY
Artwork (Originals & Commissions)
All sales of original artwork and custom commissions are final. We do not offer refunds once a purchase or commission has been completed. This policy honors the time, materials, and unique creative process behind each piece.
Merchandise (Prints, Apparel, Accessories, etc.)
We accept returns or exchanges on merchandise if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please contact us at beyondwhatsreal@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or wrong sizing unless the item was misrepresented.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
